Different Minds Working Together

Our Head of Specialist Employment Services was delighted to be invited as a key speaker at Barclays Banks – Different Minds Working Together event. The event was open to employers from across the Sheffield area, with speakers showcasing the talents of Neurodivergent jobseekers and how employers can make simple adjustments to their processes to create opportunities for adults with Neurodivergent needs. Barclays are leading on this programme, led by a member of the Barclays team who is Neurodivergent herself, wanting to not only improve opportunities across Barclays but work with other employers along the way too.
