Opening up our services to young adults in Sheffield!

We are delighted to announce that our Pathways to Success project is now accepting referrals from young adults from the age of 16 upwards.

This service has previously been open to those from the age of 18 only, however under the new UK SPF Funding we are delighted to announce the the age eligibility has reduced down to 16.
