Launching on the 1st October 2024

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Barnsley Council to bring our specialist employment support to local people in Barnsley with neurodivergent needs.

The project will work with neurodivergent individuals aged 16 or over from the Barnsley area. The project will be available for individuals who have a diagnosis/ are seeking a diagnosis or suspect they have neurodivergent traits.

Our Specialist employment coaches can help with:

• One to one support
• Increasing confidence
• Overcoming barriers
• Identifying courses
• Access to volunteering
• Job application support
• Preparing for interviews
• Settling into work
