An appointment is an opportunity to discuss your needs and find out more about our service. A member of our team will contact you beforehand and arrange either a face to face appointment or an online appointment depending on your location.
No, you do not need a diagnosis, when we meet you for your initial appointment we will discuss your needs and ensure that we are the right service for you whether you have a diagnosis or not.
Support is varied to suit your needs, some weeks you may have more support than others as we support you to access different opportunities. Your coach will work with you to ensure you are happy with the support and know in advance when your sessions will be.
We have up to July 2025 to take on new referrals and we can provide ongoing support up to March 2026
Yes you can, we are happy for you to bring a family member, friend or support worker or anyone who helps you feel more comfortable for the first appointment.
Yes, the support is for anyone living in the Wakefield District area.
Yes, where possible we will find a local venue near you to deliver the support or as close to your location as viable.
Unfortunately not, this project is aimed at adults who will be able to sustain employment longer term independently.
