As Head of Specialist Employment Services, Suzanne's role is to look after all of our projects. This includes managing strategic development, leadership, growth and financial management. Suzanne has been with the Specialist Employment Team since the beginning and is always seeking new opportunities to sustain the future growth of the service.

Service Manager
Lorien's role oversees the successful day to day running of our Sheffield office, day to day project management and direct line management of the Sheffield team. Lorien also oversees our national programmes, including our Access to Work programme, supporting individuals in the workplace across the UK.
Homera
Assistant Service Manager
As Assistant Service Manager, Homera's role is to work alongside our Service Manager and support with the day to day running of our projects. Homera provides mentoring support for the team as well as leading on our South Yorkshire based pre-employment projects, ensuring they run smoothly liaising internally and externally with partner organisations.

Outreach Manager
Dawn is the Outreach Manager for our employment services overseeing all our community based projects across North Yorkshire, East Riding, and Wakefield, providing day to day supervision and mentoring support for our remote based teams across the areas. Dawn supports the team to enable unemployed adults across our outreach services into employment.

Lead Employment Coach
Fiona's role is to support predominately with our In Work support, leading on enquiries for individuals who are in paid employment and are seeking support through our in work support as well as overseeing applications and support for those moving into paid employment.

Administrator
Kate provides administration support for all our projects, working alongside our senior team and colleagues across the service to help with a range of administrative tasks. Kate is also our first point contact for enquiries into the South Yorkshire team, as well as booking in initial appointments for new customers to programmes.

Luke's role is to deliver our training and consultancy offer to businesses, providing bespoke training solutions with a range of topics, focused around Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Luke also provides workplace assessments to individuals and employers who need additional guidance and recommendations on overcoming challenges at work.

Specialist Employment Coach
Our Specialist Employment Coaches role is to support individuals across a range of programmes. Unlike our other coaches Charlotte is remote based covering the North Yorkshire area, out in the community or online via video calls. Charlotte also works on our Multiply Project in North Yorkshire supporting adults with autism and other related conditions to improve maths skills.

Chris works 3 days a week on our SEND Youth Hub and 2 days as a Specialist Employment Coach across various other programmes. Based in our Sheffield central office, providing support either in person at a persons place of work, out in the community or online via video calls. Chris role on the SEND Youth Hub is to support young adults age 18-24 with all SEND needs in Sheffield.
