This programme is for Neurodivergent adults, aged 16 upwards living in the Barnsley area who are seeking support towards employment, volunteering, education or training

Our First Routes programme offers personalised one to one support to help individuals identify and overcome barriers on their journey towards employment.

The program is aimed at anyone with autism and learning disabilities who is living in the Wakefield District area, over the age of 18 and not in employment, education, or training.  

This programme is aimed at anyone with Neurodivergent conditions across the North Yorkshire area seeking to improve numeracy skills, who is over the age of 19.

Support for autistic adults in the Sheffield area over the age of 16 to progress towards employment, education or training. Providing one to one support to help individuals in their employment journey.

The program is for adults aged 18 and over who are currently not employed or actively seeking employment and are looking for guidance and preparation ready to embark on a rewarding career or pursue further training opportunities in the York or North Yorkshire areas.

The SEND Youth Hub is a specialist project, aimed at helping young people with any special educational need overcome barriers and progress towards volunteering, education, work placements or paid employment.

SHINE, is a support programme for adults in East Riding who are economically inactive, and have neurodivergent needs, seeking support to engage with employment and/or training.
